Who are we?

EveryCloud is a small team with many years of Property Investing, Sourcing and Maintenance experience.

Prior to joining forces in early 2008, Katie Sylvester & Martin Pretlove were working independently on their property activities – Katie was building a Buy to Let portfolio, and Martin was renovating properties for sale.

Over the last 12 months we have built a business around sourcing well discounted and high yield returning Buy to Let properties for fellow investors across England and Wales.

Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, we are constantly looking for those innovative products that would be of interest to all those involved within the property industry.

We seek out ethical, honest and experienced partners to help us to provide to our clients any new innovative ideas that we believe have significant value.

We are delighted to be one of a select number of brokers chosen by Centrila to distribute the innovative Cenoption product in the UK.  We look forward to helping fellow investors achieve peace of mind by having Cenoptions on new or existing properties to safeguard the equity in their properties and therefore Cenoption mitigate the risk of short to medium term fluctuations in property values.
